Clear areas of responsibility and training plans will support you as you become part of the team. Here, our doors are always open.

Production

As a member of our production team, you will get an introduction to the manual and automated production processes. Quickly, you will gain some work practice in the different production areas.

Development

The PRUFREX development teams are in close communication and support each other with all enquiries. As a family-led firm with flat hierarchies, we will assign full project responsibility to you after a short time.

Administration

Training in the department will give you full familiarity with your areas of responsibility. You will be given room to develop and shape your own path, in order to incorporate your own ideas.

Working in the
Nuremberg metropolitan region

Near to the centre of the greater Nuremberg region, our Cadolzburg headquarters offers all the advantages of a rising Europeans metropolitan region. The city centres of Nuremberg and Fürth can be reached in half an hour by regional rail. Car commuters will be travelling in the opposite direction to the normal flow of traffic and can use, among others, the direct connection to the Autobahn “Südwesttangente”; Fürth is about 10 minutes’ drive away, Nuremberg, depending on the exact destination, between 20 and 30.
