The CDIM module's control device is designed especially for 2 and 4-stroke internal combustion engines and offers reduced space requirements. A powerful micro-controller analyses the coil signals, computes the ignition timing individually and triggers the sparks accordingly. In this way it compensates for the structural tolerances of the machine, reduces emissions and improves running. From recoilless start through programmable ignition setting curves, ignition maps, no-load controls and speed limitations to button-controlled switch-off, many additional functions are available. Naturally, PRUFREX programs the application-specific software.
